My journey hasn’t always been easy, but for the past 20 years, I’ve equipped women to shed the labels & lies that keep them stuck and small, in order to unlock God’s calling.
I’m Mary Katherine (MK), a Woman of Principle, devoted wife and mother, and a non-profit executive, speaker,
and author.

What I've learned about myself and leading others...
It’s all about developing resilience and a growth mindset,
essential for achieving your goals. Today, I co-lead a nine-figure business and an eight-figure team, proving that transforming your mind, your life and your faith is possible.
September, 4,1999. Being admitted to a trauma and treatment center, Delray Beach, FL. Exhausted, but relieved to be in a safe place. I will always be thankful to Molly and Dove who served as the medical technicians that evening.

WHAT IS YOUR STORY?
​​Maybe my story is a lot like yours.
I always had big dreams, but too often I was held back by fear and doubt. I loved God, but I didn’t fully realize that He knew me by name — until three encounters forever changed my life.
The first came at 14, when I felt a quiet whisper in my spirit: “You will write a book.” I would write for hours at a time, allowing myself to share my dreams, ideas, heartbreaks.

The second came years later, in a season of heartbreak and addiction. I cried out to God for help, and the Spirit of Love reassured me: “You will recover, and you will write a book about your journey from hell to home.”

The third came after I had been sober for 10 years. I was desperate to know my next step, so I went to the ocean, dropped to my knees, and asked the question that would change everything: “God, what do You want from me?”
Immediately, I heard: “Woman of Principle.” I didn’t even know what “principle” meant at the time, but it launched me into a journey of God-discovery, self-discovery, and service to others.
That third instruction gave me the courage to dream bigger, rise above fear, and GROW boldly into my calling.

Today, 20 years sober and a successful business leader, I am honored to equip women with growth mindset skills, leaderHERship tools, and strategies to scale their sales, grow
their influence,and maximize their careers — all with the power of the Holy Spirit by our side.
